Greetings, I am a high-school student and at the end of the termI will have my exams in math. I was never into math, but this time I am worried that I will fail this course. I came across absolute value function in a real life picture and other math issues that I can’t figure out. the following topics really made me panic: side-side-side similarity and percentages .Getting a a teacher is not possible for me, because I don't have any money. Please help me!! |

Hi Dude How are you?. Well I’ve been looking at your post and believe me : Sounds very familiar. Some time ago I was in the same problem, but before you get a tutor, I will like to recommend you one software that’s really cool: Algebrator. I really tried a lot of other solutions but that one it’s definitely the the one! The best luck with that! Tell me what you think!. |

I agree, a good program can do miracles . I used a few but Algebrator is the greatest. It doesn't matter what class you are in, I myself used it in Algebra 1 and Remedial Algebra as well, so you don't have to be concerned that it's not on your level. If you never used a software until now I can tell you it's not complicated, you don't need to know much about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the program solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer. |

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, College Algebra and Intermediate algebra. It is a truly a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with inverse matrices, conversion of units and unlike denominators. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program. |
