Hi math lovers, I heard that there are certain programs that can help with us doing our homework, like a teacher substitute. Is this really true? Is there a software that can help me with algebra? I have never tried one before, but they shouldn't be hard to use I suppose. If anyone tried such a program, I would really appreciate some more information about it. I'm in College Algebra now, so I've been studying things like free printablemath probles grade 4 and it's not easy at all. |

Hi Dude, Algebrator offered at the website http://www.factoring-polynomials.com/polynomials-2.html can be of great aid to you. I am a math coach who give private math classes to students and I recommend Algebrator to my students since that aids them a lot when they sit to work out their math problems by themselves at home. |

I am a student turned tutor; I give classes to high school children. Along with the regular mode of teaching, I use Algebrator to solve examples practically in front of the learners. |

Thank you, I will check out the suggested software. I have never tried any software until now, I didn't even know that they exist. But it sure sounds cool! Where did you find the program? I want to get it as soon as possible, so I have time to study for the test. |

I remember having problems with multiplying fractions, fractional exponents and powers. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Intermediate algebra and Basic Math. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended. |
